You have gotten good advice from everyone. I would like to add do not let Roscoe bully the new pup or growl at you. Stop that right now. Say Enough in a firm tone and put him on the floor. He had no reason to growl before because he got everything he wanted. Now he has to share. Everyone in the family has to adjust. Just be aware of jelousy and aggression. Don't let it grow into a real problem. Don't feel guilty about the new baby. Once he accepts her, she will probably be his best playmate, and buddy.
