I keep thinking I'm the most horrible owner for letting this happen, but there is just no way to stop him unless I lock him in a crate all day (and even then if there is anything sitting neck to it, he pulls it throw the bars and eats it). He likes to lay on his blanket but pull Ellie's through the bars and chew on it. lol. Pesky little brother.
