Please get your baby to a nuro expert this sounds like GME to me.....if however you are like me and could not afford the MRI..as we had just paid a huge tax bill....you can start him on Prednisolone...if its GME he will respond to it....all the MRI will do is say yes if it is or not and show the white spots....an MRI will not cure him.....but the meds if it is GME should help...
I just lost my Isabella to GME on August 5th....it took her in less than 4 months....please get your baby in....so many have also been diagnosed with an ear infection as the symptooms are very similiar....
