What do the "things" look like? Sometimes my boys will have floating "boogers" from the hair that is in their eyes. These are clear or slightly white. I use a plain sterile saline eyewash to get these out. Never use eye washes that have any additives for redness, etc.

It is possible for dogs to have parasites in their eyes, so if the things look really odd, I would have the vet take a look.
thanx for the advice sometimes it looks like floating fat things but i think its just hair i was worried about cataracks but i dont think its that lol i just worry they move aound wjen i open and close her eye
