There are a lot of members here on Yorkie Talk who are associated with rescues, I am sure one of them will give you advice.

I agree with you on giving her to a rescue as opposed to rehoming her yourself. Rescues know how to screen for a forever home and will do whatever they can to make sure she finds it.

Also I am happy to hear you are going to get her spayed. Please make sure you do that before either you surrender her to a rescue or rehome.
