Hello, i've got a few problems that i need help with

So my yorkie is about to turn 3 years old and i have had him since he was 10 weeks. When he was younger he was around other dogs (much bigger than him) and he always had a good time playing with them at his home and at friends houses. There was a period of time where he didn't play with a dog but he still always likes when dogs come over to his house. I've been trying to take him to a dog park nearby that is specifically for small/timid dogs but he just hides under my chair the whole time. I've tried walking him around the park to get used to the place but it just doesn't seem to work, he just stands by me and snaps at the other dogs who try to approach him. Any advice?

Ok next thing, in march i moved to a new apartment and he started growling and sometimes barking at everyone that walked by the door, its very annoying and he never used to do it until i moved to a different apartment. I dont know how to make him stop.
