I know how you must feel as i had a tiny little girl yorkie that i loved like no other dog I ever had.Someone broke into my home and stole her from me.I felt like I was in a complete fog for a very long time.I said I never wanted another dog but I went out and got another little girl and I love her so much also.She will never take the place of my little Miley but she does bring me great joy.It will take some time and you will alway's think of the Yorkie you lost.When the baby come's you will forget some of the pain you are feeling.You will be very busy with your new familey member that you won't have much time to think about what happened and that will be a good thing.God bless
