I have owned two Yorkies, and they really are unique little creatures with needs that might be different than your average dog. This is exactly why a Yorkie fits with my (primarily cat) family, but a Yorkie isn't for everyone. Once you decide on a Yorkie, this is also a great place to network with reputable breeders.
