I fly with both of my babies. They're pretty good for most of the flight. If she is quiet & calm, I'm sure taking her out won't be a problem. I can usually hide mine under a blanket with me after take off. No one has ever said anything to me (even flight attendants when they've happen to see them out). Still, I don't know what the rules are with letting them out. Also, I like to take some pee pads with me and also a large bag. I will put one of the the babies in the bag and sneak off the bathroom. I lay the pad down and they will go if they REALLY have to. It makes it easier for them if the trip is especially long like yours. Good luck!
