Is she eating today? The only time I've had one not eat is when they have an upset stomach and then once when Ruby had pancreatitis. If it's just for the one or two meals, I usually don't worry too much, especially if they are acting okay otherwise, playing, drinking water, etc. But, if it goes beyond a couple of meals or other symptoms are present we go to the vet.
Hope your ZZ is back to normal by now, if not you many want to have her checked out.
