Default Should have named her Houdini!

Chloe is 15 weeks old and has managed so far to get out of her XPen twice! We'd been pad training her with the crate inside the pen...she could sleep in one and potty at the other end in the other. Until...my husband comes home from work only to have Chloe greet him at the door! So he promptly puts her back in the pen to see how this little 3# wonder got out. She quickly went between the cage and the pen, pressed her back against one, her legs against the other, and managed to shimmy her way over the top! Fast forward 3 weeks later ( without the crate ) and we've kept her in the xpen only while we work. Well yesterday she discovered if she could jump high enough she could manage to get over the side of the xpen ...even without the crate!

My dilema seems to be a) return the $130 xpen and just keep her in the spare room with the door closed b) try to find a top for the xpen to eliminate her jumping out c) sell her ( KIDDING! )

Anyone with this problem? And if so, how did you solve it, or didn't you? Thanks in advance!
