i take the gauze lining off my furniture because it attracts dust and i have breathing problems and my recliner is nailed in the down position my mothers pug lost her eye because the recliner foot come down and hit her on the head i also heard a story of a kitten getting its collar bone snapped(it survived and recovered) when someone put the recliner foot down
