You could be talking about Buster. He likes to go in the car but don't turn on the windsheild wipers. He starts panting, screeching, going crazy. He tries to jump out of the car seat to get to them. When we turn on the vacuum cleaner or the leaf blower he just goes crazy, panting and screeching. I have considered the meds for him but have never gotten them
