I'd say my number one would be to stand up for myself more, but I alredy started doing it last year and it feels great. I know alot of people in my life who could do with choising your number 1 though.
2 to get back to my better eating habit which I admit has fallen over the past year.
3 do more walking.
4 go on holiday this year, I deserve it, and cant wait to see the furbuts on the beach.
5 start a routine and stick to it. |
