Unlove Not eating could potentially lead to throwing up blood

Just want to do an update on Sammy . He's been recovering and he's back to normal from having pancreatitis. The past couple of days I've been trying to switch him back to dry adult Wellness kibble from Chicken & rice . Once again, he decides to starve himself again for 1 day and a 1/2. 2 Nights ago he threw up in the middle of the night again, not only bile, but blood again . The acid in his stomach is just too much with an empty stomach. The next morning I had to feed him a 1/4 of a 10mg table of Pepcid AC to reduce his acid and have to start feeding him chicken and rice.

Hopefully him throwing up blood will go away again. Apparently, not eating could potentially lead to throwing up blood.
