How about looking into a rescue group to adopt? A good rescue has the dogs completed vetted, evaluated for what the ideal home will be and works on housebreaking and other training in foster care. There are no surprises and you will get a Yorkie that is perfectly suited to your family. |
That's definitely where I'll look when I get ready to look again. That's how I got my Bella and it was a wonderful experience. The agency I adopted Bella from, I contacted when we started looking again and right now it doesn't have any yorkies that are quite the right fit, but maybe it was all supposed to happen this way- may it just wasn't the right time for us. Maybe Bella is meant to be an only-dog.
