How big is your dog? If she is super-small, you may need to worry about hypoglycemia if she is unable to keep her food down. Rather than withholding food and risking that, you may want to offer her a bland mixture and see if it interests her. You can mix cooked ground chicken (blot off any excess fat) and plain white rice in a 1:2 ratio. Offer her tiny bits of the mixture throughout the day-- a little meatball-sized portion often works well-- and give her time in between servings.
If you lift up the side of her mouth and touch her gums, they should be pink and moist. If they feel tacky to the touch, she may be becoming dehydrated. Pedialyte is a great suggestion for preventing that.
If she is very small and begins showing signs of low blood sugar or dehydration, please don't wait to take her to a vet. Unfortunately smaller dogs can go downhill pretty quickly when they get sick.
