I've been giving Lilly Comfortis for about 6 months - a year now. It's the smallest dose, the pink and she weighs between 8 - 9 lbs. I always thought at our old vet that they told us if she vomits within 30 mins of giving it to call them and I would have to re-dose her.
Anyway. I waited until she ate, gave her the pill at about 6:45 tonight. It's now 9:00. She vomited about 10 minutes ago, around 8:50, (I guess she just got too worked up, I have no idea). There were pieces of food in it and the last time she ate was right before her pill. Does this mean that she most likely vomited the pill up too? Or would it have absorbed already?
I'm most likely going to call the vet in the morning and check to make sure but I wanted to know if any of you knew too.
