My dogs are not at public stud so I haven't had to deal with at least some of this. If I allow a very trusted friend to use one of my dogs, the understanding is that anything show worthy will be kept by them or offered to me. Anything they are not going to show and finish is a spayed/neutered pet.
I do not sell intact dogs as a rule. If I trust someone enough to let them have a show potential, I require that the dog is finished prior to breeding. If there was an oops breeding I would be very upset but the puppies would be given away to good homes with no mention of my lines.
I am on one referral site and do have a website. I have usually one litter or less per year so rarely have puppies. I do refer to people that I know well that I am sure are reputable, have good health guarantees and stand behind their dogs. I do talk to the potential buyer and pre screen before passing them along as I know if they are not suitable buyers, I don't want to waste my friends time.
