I don't know what they think because every single time that I've taken my dog to a different groomer it's like they get a mind of their own and take charge! but now I let them know ahead of time that my husband is very very very picky about the way our dog looks and, my husband has even went to the groomer himself so they know he is serious and now they do it the right way or else they know they are going to have to hear it from him.....Put your foot down and let them know that if they want to get paid they will do it right!
