The weather is starting to get nice, and I am at the park with my skin kids and with Pebbles and I am concerned about getting fleas!

I read that cutting up a Lemon and adding boiling water to it and leaving it over night, then in the morning spritz your dog. Is this not going to leave her fur all sticky?

Does someone have any other natural ways to prevent fleas? Any help would be appreciated.
