My Rupert is sore for about 24 hours after getting shots. We can't even pet him on his hurt side without his crying a bit. He won't walk off of his little bed either, even to get a treat. I usually pick up the whole blanket and take it outside so he doesn't have to be moved to use the restroom. I'll also set his food and water bowl close. I wouldn't be worried unless it lasts more than a day or two. Ask your vet about giving baby tylanol. Our vet reccommends giving baby benedryl so he doesn't have a bad reaction to the shots, but I wonder if tylanol would help with the pain. I've never tried it, but with little wimpy puppies like ours, we might need to ask.
