NO, you can't make one at home. You haven't done a AI yet have you? You will need to have your vet order it and he will have to do the AI. They can get them over night. I highly suggest you don't do it yourself. Especially if you never did it before. Do you realize how long the AI tube is and how far it needs to go in? If you haven't done it, don't. You could perforate that little girl.And I don't know where your male came from, but if you want to register the pups, a vet needs to witness the AI or perform it to fill out the necessary paperwork to register them. AKC will not recognize a AI unless witnessed or performed by a vet.
You won't find one local. They don't sell them at stores.
