I am so sorry you had to say goodbye. Makes me so sad. I have a couple of my furbabies buried in the backyard. I go periodically to their graves and think. I loved them too much to have them put in an unmarked grave with other pets. In the end, though, it is your and your family's decision as to what makes you more comfortable.
