in a perfect ideal world. Unfortunatly , especially in this economy I don't think its fair to judge. People who once had the means may no longer have that extra cash, and want to be sure its an absolute emergency.
people of all walks of life have dogs, that wont change. All we can do is share the knowledge we have to help others. Thats what boards like this are for.
