I wouldn't recommend it at all, certainly not on a bike. That's a recipe for disaster.

As for jogging, the only way we do that is in an open field with one or more of the girls on a long (15 ft.) lead, so they get ahead and stay ahead, where they're visible and I have time to react if one of them stops or turns. Early on, I was jogging with Miss Daisy and she abruptly stopped (why not?) to smell a whatever, and I almost ran over her. Our granddaughter was running with her one day (against our orders), and Miss Daisy repeated the stop/smell maneuver. She did get run over, but luckily,not hurt.

They're so small, there's just not a lot of room for error.
