How in the world could a litter of pups be sold before they are born because no breeder is sure how many pups there are or how many will live once born.
A lot of people want designer dogs because they are so badly misinformed that these are not a breed but a mutt.
if someone wants to buy a mixed breed aka a mutt go ahead but at least know what you are getting.
The OP mentioned a Shih Tzu yorkie mix. I have seen several of these and trust me no two look alike. They can be big small no coat lots of coat, colour variations, and i seldom see a Shih Tzu cross that does not have a very severe underbite to the point of dental issues.
