My 2 lb Sophie is supposed to be spayed at 6 months (she is 5 months now), and I am scared to death. I was thinking of waiting, but I read there are health problems with that too. Are you very familiar with your vet? Is your dog very small? If I can find a vet that has experience with smaller dogs, I would feel better about the anesthesia.
