I was turned away in Aspen for wanting to sit on the patio with my Yorkie. I don't think you'll have much luck. Legally they cannot allow it and don't want to risk it. The way some get away with it is if the dog is on the other side of the rail. You won't be able to keep your Yorkies from coming in between the rails. However, you might be able to get away with it if you plan to keep them in the stroller on the other side of the bars. That's your best bet.
