If you do go to a public park... take water along with you. This is outrageous! I hope they catch whoever did this and put them away forever. If they don't like the off leash area in the park.... they need to stay away from it! There is no reason to hurt a defenseless animal.

I don't take my babies to the public parks either... I guess I am over-protective... my babies are so sweet and they have had all of their shots... but you never know about some of the people there.
