Okay I hope no-one is offended by this, its something we used to do to pass the time and have a laugh in High School!

You take your fist pet's name followed by your mother's maiden name.
Mine is Pip Tickle!!! Hence my user name! Pip was a brown and white hamster, and yes my poor mother's maiden name WAS Tickle! No wonder she got married at sixteen!LOL!!!
