I stayed at a Hampton inn and it was pet friendly. It is upper end and very nice. I paid a 50.00 fee to bring my dog. It was a flat rate no matter how many nights we stayed. Very clean, and very comfortable. the only thing was Chewy barked at every one walking by, and we were on the first floor by he lobby. I recommend asking for a room on an upper floor on an end where there is less traffic. I also piled pillows up on the floor so Chewy could climb up to the bed.

Check the floor for any thing they could get into. Our room was clean but I worried there was a safety pin or some sort of food left behind the maids over looked.

I left a do not disturb sign on the room if I had to leave Chewy for any reason. I didn't want any one in the room with my dog.

I also brought a cage to keep him in. When he was barking a lot I could calm him down by putting him in there.

He didn't eat much while we were there so bring food you know your dog loves...
