hi.... newby here so bare with me...

iv got a medium size yorky bitch and she has a skin problem..

she has quite a few black heads on her back towards her behind and some have gone septic..
she dusnt scratch in general and is flee free.
she has no other red patches and her fur seems in good condition..

what can be causing this and how do i get rid of it..
