Yes. A good tip is to put the dropper in the back corner of his mouth. You don't have to try and pry his mouth open at all, it will fit right in and he will automatically drink as you slowly administer the water. Give him like 4 droppers full to begin with. Do this again a couple hours later. Don't let him get stressed over it. Just tell him what a good boy his is when he drinks it. He is missing his littermates, his Mamma, and the humans who took care of him since the minute he was born. Show him how much you love him and he will catch on.
If it has been quite some time since he drank, I'd get him out of his crate right now and do this. PLEASE let me know how this goes. I am worried about the little bugger.
