 New Mom worries
Hello everyone!! This is such a wonderful site. Anyway's, I'm a new Yorkie Mom. We got Mojo yesterday. (8 1/2 weeks old) He did great. Ate his food, (from the breeder) drank, pottied outside....then we had company. They brought their Yorkie & both played & got along well. Later that evening Mojo threw-up some food. After that he has not wanted to eat or drink anything. He slept in his crate by my bed all night (got up 1 time to pee then I brought him in bed with me). He has been very sleepy all day. I put some Karo syrup on my finger & he wanted no part of it, so I pushed it in the side of his mouth. I'm really worried about him. He still is going outside every hour & pee's, but no poop. Of course it's Sun. so the vet is closed. I don't know if I'm overreacting, but how long do I wait? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. |
