What I do thats different & goes over well, brown the ground beef. Then throw in some frozen mixed veggies (the kind with red peppers in it, usually called Fajita veggies or stir-fry veggies) then use your imagination and spice it up however you like, add just a little water. You can also add a box of Vermicelli if you want to add some bulk to it. Then cover with a lid and simmer for about 10-15 minutes til it's hot.
I've made this oriental style, mexican style, italian style... just by adjusting the spices I put in. |
