This is so true! Just because its a cold out doesnt mean you have to give up entirely on training to go outside. Definatly invest in a warm coat/sweater, especially since the pup is so young and small. If it snows, maybe even some booties so their paws wont freeze. With being warm, they will be more accepting to going outside. My Izzy was being trained outside since the begining of november, and now that its in the single digits routinely, she is hesitating but adjusting the frigid cold. I've found that it has sped up her bladder control, cuz now she knows, either I hold it or I face the bitter cold!
