I have a good question for the breeders on here. Im thinking about breeding Sassy again. I bred her once before to have a daughter out of her (which I got and she's a blessing). But we are thinking of breeding her again her next heat (she already skipped a heat). My breeder checked her out waaay before I bred her and she's healthy as a rock and the right size etc etc.

My question is for when you sell the pups. Do you have to claim the money that you sell the pups for on your income taxes? Does the gov't tax you for the money you are making? If so, how do I go about doing all of this the legal way? I live in California and a lot of people out here are "sue happy". I just want to cover myself. Thank you!!!
