I havent heard of it.. but I have the actual tool that dentists use for people.. (my aunt was in the medical field and got me one).. and i saw them do it on Tv so every other month I clean Princess's teeth (along with her weekly tooth brushing).. by scraping off the tartar like what dentists do..
my vet says her teeth are exceptionally clean and he asked for my secret cuz i said i dont take her in for cleaning..
