just two minutes ago i was outside because this dog came into my yard and my dog was going crazy.. so his owner was getting him.. he didnt have a leash anyways they were accross the street at my neighbors and i was going to say hi to my mom and my dog was on a leash and whatever.. the dog must have seen my mom and walked over to see her and a car came and hit him.. i felt so bad.. he walked off the road but the car drove off with out even looking back and the two girls were screaming and crying and freaking out and ran after but they didnt stop.. my neighbor went after him on his motorcycle.. hes scary but i cant stop crying.. ive never seen anything like that happen.. my neighbor gave him his phone so the girls could call someone otherwise my mom would have driven him to a vet.. i swear this will never happen on this street again.. it happened to my moms dog when she was like 15 and her best friends older brother was hit by a car and died too.. is there anyway i can make sure no one speeds on this road? can i start a petition? it was literaly 500 feet from a school too.
