did he cough or throw up??? had he JUST had some water??? if so maybe he did cough some up .. otherwise it sounds like he threw up... keep a VERY Close eye on him... he if throws up again... to the vet.. he is too tiny to wait around and see how he feels. Hope he doens't do it again
