I have heard to use a sound to distract them...I like the horn idea. Some people suggested to put coins in a soda can and shake it to keep them quiet. I've never tried it...don't know if it would work or not. The one thing I do, is simply tell him to lay down..and he will for awhile and be still...but it doesn't last long and he's off running and barking out the windows again. Try the bike horn...$5.00 it's worth a try.
