My Lily isn't one for baths either. I started a thread asking for some advice on giving a puppy his or her baths. Many people told me to put a towel in the dryer to warm it up..so when she is all bathed, wrap her in the warm towel. I towel dry her and then blowdry, but i keep the blow dryer on for a minute before so she doesn't freak out at the sound.
If you bathe her again, I would definitely try the warm towel thing. It worked for me
