| K-9 Advantix Vs. Frontline Which would you recommend and why? Gizmo is on frontline plus but would you recommend K-9 Advantix over frontline plus? |

| Reesee uses Revolution? I have to give it to her today. I think its for fleas and heartworm all in one... Anyone use this combination?

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I've been using Frontline for a year and no flea problems. Bengi does not stay outside a lot anyway, just for walks, and does not play with other dogs, so that has some effect on it, of course. I think that the weather in the area you live and the time your dog spends outside has a lot to do with it. For now, I'm fine with Frontline. |

| All of my zoo is on Frontline. No problems with fleas, our problem is with ticks. Seems to take care of that problem. Now if they would only make a Frontline for humans, my human family would be set.

| K9 Advantix All my kids use K9 Advantix, because of the ever growing mosquito population. It has always worked for us, and if a tub doesn't do it's job..they're nice enough to replace it. I have nothing but good things to say about k9 Advantix. |

| Advantix We (or I should say Ceiba) use(s) it. I opted to use this over Frontline only because it protects against mosquitoes. In my neck of the woods, they're pretty common. Frontline does not protect against mosquitoes. |

| thats what I was noticing too... it seems that Gizmo still continues to itch and bite himself and on occasion I still find 2 or 3 fleas on him at times... hmmm..... is advantix better in that regard? |

| I have had success with both. The advantix is a smaller dose than the frontline. I like that factor. I am now using Revolution for both dogs. My vet stands firm on it working for the heartworms. Believe me I have asked him many times if it is as good as a seperate med for heartworms. He says that it is. I have seen an advertisement in the past few days that indicates advantage is coming out with a new one that does the same as the Revolution. Has anyone seen this? Telea, Zoe' and Mia |
